For 17 years I acted and sang in various productions for Capab, Artscape, and Pieter Toerien Productions in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa.
During this time, I was also fortunate enough to be the Assistant Production Designer on the ICC 2003 Cricket World Cup Opening Ceremony where, under the auspices of designer Keith Anderson, I managed the making of over 50 000 props and costumes for the cast of 5000. In addition, I managed the real time costuming and prop management of the cast during the live television broadcast to over a billion people worldwide.
I conceived, successfully pitched and managed the production of various product launches and shows including conceptualising "The Journey" a stadium show that was performed in Zurich to standing ovations nightly from it's sell-out 50 000 strong audience.
